By participating in the CrisceliaLooi Enterprise Referral & Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership & Eligibility

• The Program is open to all registered CrisceliaLooi members.
• Membership is free and available upon signing up through our official website or app.
• Each individual may hold only one CrisceliaLooi Rewards account.

2. Earning Points

• Members will receive 20 Welcome Points upon successful sign-up.
• An additional 100 Bonus Points will be awarded after completing your first purchase or rental.
• Points are earned at a standard rate of $1 = 1 Point on eligible transactions.
• Points will only be granted after payment is successfully completed and confirmed.

3. Redemption of Points

• Points can be redeemed at the rate of 100 Points = $2.50 towards eligible purchases.
• Redemption is subject to availability and applicable restrictions at the time of purchase.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are strictly non-transferable between accounts.

4. Referral Rewards

• Referral points will be awarded only when the referred customer successfully completes payment.
• CrisceliaLooi reserves the right to verify the validity of referrals before awarding points.

5. Expiry & Forfeiture

• Points expire 24 months after they are awarded if not used.
• Any unused points at the time of account closure, termination, or program discontinuation will be forfeited.

6. General Conditions

• CrisceliaLooi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or improper participation in the Program may result in forfeiture of points and account suspension.
• CrisceliaLooi decision on all matters relating to the Program shall be final.

  Store Policies – Rental Terms & Conditions

  1.Installation Fee

• A one-time installation fee of $280 will be charged for all rental units.
• This fee is non-refundable once installation has been completed.

  2.Cancellations After Installation

• If you choose to cancel your rental after installation, CrisceliaLooi will not be responsible for restoring the site to its original condition.
• This includes, but is not limited to, wall/fixture holes, drilling marks, or any structural modifications made during installation.

  3.General Conditions

• By proceeding with your rental and installation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
• CrisceliaLooi reserves the right to amend these policies without prior notice.
